Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have fourteen days from receipt to cancel your order, and a further fourteen days to return the goods. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached.
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
If something arrives faulty, write to customercare@casasalino.com within thirty days with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund you in full, including postage both ways.
Every style is made once, in a run of roughly two hundred pieces. Nothing is restocked. A returned item goes back into stock only while the run lasts.

By placing an order you agree to these terms. They apply to every sale made through casasalino.com. We may change them, but the version in force when you ordered is the one that governs your order.
These terms are written for consumers. If you are buying in the course of a business, write to us — different terms apply and the cancellation rights below do not.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you and refund you in full.
We may refuse or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud.
Every style is made once, in a limited run. Nothing is restocked and nothing goes on sale. When a size sells out it does not return. A cancelled or returned item goes back into stock only while that run lasts.
Some pieces are sold before they are finished. Where that is the case the product page says so and states the expected dispatch month.
Payment is taken when you order. Your cancellation rights below apply from the day the goods reach you, not from the day you paid. If the expected dispatch date moves we will write to you, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
Where no date is agreed, we will deliver within thirty days of the contract being formed, as required by law.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
Delivery and any applicable duties are calculated at checkout and shown in your basket before you pay.
If we discover a genuine pricing error before dispatch we will contact you and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling.
Orders ship from the United Kingdom. Rates and delivery windows are confirmed at checkout. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us.
Delivery charges are calculated in your basket and cover carriage and any duties that apply to your destination. Nothing further is payable on arrival.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have fourteen days from the day you receive the goods to cancel, and a further fourteen days to send them back. You do not need to give a reason.
Tell us by writing to customercare@casasalino.com. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached.
We refund within fourteen days of receiving the goods, to the payment method you used, including standard outbound delivery. We do not refund the extra cost of an upgraded delivery service you chose.
Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the item, in the way you would in a shop.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund depending on how long you have had them. These rights sit alongside the cancellation rights above and are not affected by them.
Write to us within thirty days with your order number and a photograph. If the fault is confirmed we cover postage both ways.
Pieces are made in small runs from natural and recycled cloth. Slight variation in shade, weave and finish between garments is a property of the cloth and is not a fault.
Screens differ. Colours on this site are as close as we can render them and are not an exact match to the garment.
Size guidance, including any size recommendation given on this site, is a guide and not a guarantee of fit. Your cancellation rights apply if it does not fit.
Care instructions are given on each product page and on the garment label. Damage caused by washing, drying or ironing against those instructions is not a manufacturing fault.
The Casa Salino name, logo, photography, garment designs, technical drawings and site copy belong to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. You may share our images for personal, non-commercial purposes with credit.
Joining the list is not an order and reserves nothing. You can unsubscribe from any email. How we handle your details is set out in our privacy policy.
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, including supplier or courier failure. We will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund if the delay is substantial.
Write to customercare@casasalino.com. We answer every complaint within fourteen days.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.

When you join our mailing list we collect your email address, and your mobile number if you choose to give it. We also record which form you used, the page you arrived on, the page that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
To send you the release date and first access to the collection, and to send you our weekly email. We rely on your consent, which you gave when you submitted the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Your details are stored with Supabase, who host our database, and Klaviyo, who send our email. Neither uses your data for their own purposes.
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing removes you from our mailing list. Ask us and we will delete your record entirely.
You have the right to see the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to customercare@casasalino.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Nothing on this site profiles you or follows you across the web.
We only text you if you ticked the box asking us to. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop.
